Is the THERMO PREMIUM Series energy efficient?
It is. These front entrance doors are incredibly energy efficient, trapping heat within a customer’s home during the cold winter months. A unique thermal division supports the naturally insulating properties of aluminium and steel to achieve U-values as low as 0.8 W/m2K.
Which of Gerda’s entrance doors are best?
All four of Gerda’s entrance doors that we distribute are of a high quality. Based on performance statistics alone, the THERMO PREMIUM Series offers an improved thermal performance than the Optima range.
What’s important to note is each of the four doors we distribute outperform a comparative composite door at a similar price point. Plus, they also don’t warp as timber cored doors do. Installers can offer all four by becoming a registered trade partner and homeowners can find existing installers using our online tool.

Pioneer are based in Chelmsford, here in Essex. We supply our doors to Approved Gerda installers across the country, meaning homeowners don’t need to be on our doorstep to invest in the THERMO PREMIUM Series.
